Melinda Abbott is a seasoned litigation paralegal with more than 20 years of experience supporting complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. She brings extensive expertise in managing cases from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal, with a strong focus on discovery strategy, e-discovery coordination, and trial preparation.
Throughout her career, Melinda has worked closely with attorneys in high-stakes and fast-paced environments, providing critical support in drafting pleadings and discovery, coordinating depositions, managing large-scale document productions, and preparing exhibits and trial materials.
