Contact Me:

I am one of the founding partners of Glass & Tabor. For more than 30 years, I have represented plaintiffs across the State of Oklahoma in serious cases involving medical negligence, nursing home negligence, insurance bad faith, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and employment litigation. My practice has always been guided by a simple belief: clients deserve aggressive advocacy delivered with professionalism, preparation, and integrity.

Over the course of my career, I have litigated cases against physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, trucking companies, insurance companies, employers, and major retail chains. I understand that some cases can only be resolved in the courtroom, where a jury determines the outcome. At the same time, many cases are resolved through mediation or negotiated settlement. My courtroom experience, practical judgment, and negotiating approach have allowed me to obtain significant recoveries for clients in both settings.

My partner, Stan Ward, and I obtained a $61 million verdict in *Hackworth v. Progressive Insurance Company*, which was the largest employment discrimination verdict for an individual plaintiff in the Western District of Oklahoma. I have also successfully prosecuted and resolved numerous multimillion-dollar medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, trucking, personal injury, and wrongful death cases throughout Oklahoma.

In addition to my law practice, I stepped away from full-time private practice for a period of time to serve as Chief of Staff to University of Oklahoma Head Football Coach Brent Venables. It was a unique opportunity to help Coach Venables build and organize the football program during one of the most important transition periods in OU Athletics history. During that time, the program was preparing for its move to the Southeastern Conference while also navigating the rapidly changing world of Name, Image and Likeness, player relations, compliance, donor engagement, and the business realities of modern college athletics. My legal experience and background in negotiation, risk assessment, leadership, and problem-solving were valuable tools in helping guide the program through those changing waters.

That experience reinforced many of the same principles that guide my law practice: leadership, preparation, judgment, loyalty, and the ability to make sound decisions when the stakes are high.

I received my bachelor’s degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1991, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science and History. I received my Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1994.

I serve as a member of the University of Oklahoma College of Law Board of Visitors and am a Trustee and Fellow of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation. I am also a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Professionalism Committee. I have been selected to Super Lawyers and have been recognized by organizations including U.S. News & World Report Best Law Firms, the American Academy of Attorneys Top 100, and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100.

I frequently speak at continuing legal education programs on topics including legal ethics, employment law, medical negligence, and litigation practice. Each year, I moderate a roundtable discussion for the National Business Institute featuring judges from Oklahoma County, Cleveland County, and Canadian County.

My greatest accomplishment is my family. I am married to Kacee, and together we have four children: Chloe, Cooper, Grady, and Grace.
